Cayuse Sponsored Projects (SP) is Howard University’s system for proposal and award management. The Sponsored Programs Office (SPO) offers assistance to the research community in the development and submission of proposals from within Cayuse SP as well as guidance to researchers and administrators for post-award management within the system.

Cayuse SP is now live! You can now log into the University’s new proposal and award management system, Cayuse SP and:

  • Create a proposal.
  • Route a proposal for review and approval.
  • View the status and routing progress of a proposal.

How Do I Log into Cayuse SP?

  1. Navigate to the Howard University's Cayuse SP System: https://howard.app.cayuse.com
  2. Enter your Howard University username and password.
